LEOS Developments has announced that it has achieved a key milestone by selling out all the residential units within its premium community in Dubai - Cavendish Square - in record time.

A key developer that has been operating in the UK since 2012, LEOS is slowly expanding its presence in the Middle East with projects in Jumeirah Village Circle and Dubailand.

This is the group's third residential community in the country, marking an impressive streak of three successful launches within the last 10 months.

Nestled in the heart of Jumeirah Village Triangle, AED109 million ($30 million), Cavendish Square epitomises elevated living with its timeless appeal and meticulously crafted low-rise residential and lifestyle development, said the company in a statement.

With a total project value of AED 109 million, the modern residential community comprises 138 studios and one-bedroom apartments with a plethora of world-class indoor and outdoor amenities, including a stunning rooftop garden. Completion of Cavendish Square is set for Q4 of 2025.

With prices starting at AED580,000 onwards for a studio and AED1 million for a one-bedroom unit, there was an overwhelming response from expat investors mostly hailing from the GCC, Russia, Europe, UK, Sri Lanka and India, it stated.

According to LEOS, the premium corner one-bedroom residences, featuring exclusive amenities like private hot tubs and L-shaped patios, priced at AED1.5 million onwards, is up for grabs with only five units available.

The project also witnessed heightened interest from UAE nationals, it added.
