Leading real estate development company, Bloom Holding has announced the start of construction on the site of the recently announced Aldhay community. 
 
This marks a major milestone in the development of Bloom Garden’s fifth phase as part of Bloom’s commitment to develop exclusive and well-established residential communities with high standards providing attractive long-term investment returns for UAE national investors and homeowners.
 
Aldhay offers 181 two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom townhouses, starting from AED1.85 million. Each home is designed with a Mediterranean feel and superior, modern finishings, complimented by exceptional facilities. 
 
Announcing the ground breaking of the project, Bloom Holding said it heralds the official start of yet another much-anticipated development that represents modern community living. 
The launch of this mixed-use project falls in line with Bloom’s wider long-term strategy to contribute to the rapidly increasing demand for premium housing across the UAE, it stated.
 
Scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2023, Aldhay is located on the Eastern Mangrove Corniche, and is part of Bloom’s master planned community, Bloom Gardens, said the Emirati developer.
