HILTON Worldwide and Al Ain Hospitality Investments LLC the hospitality business arm of Al Ain Properties LLC have signed a management agreement to operate a new DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) district of Dubai. The new 110-suites DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach will be located on a 1.7 km waterfront community with large numbers of cafes restaurants and boutiques. The hotel is expected to open late 2013 as part of a larger dual-tower upscale development which also includes a residential complex.
