Dubai Holding, the investment firm owned by the emirate’s ruler, has announced the launch of 550-m-high tower, Burj Jumeirah, which is strategically located opposite Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Sufouh.
A mixed-use project located close to the landmark Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai, Burj Jumeirah will boast homes, hotel units as well as office space, reported Bloomberg, citing a source.
The first phase of the project is due to be completed in 2023, it added.
