UAE-based Lootah Real Estate Development has announced the on-time completion and handover of its latest residential project, The Waves, in Dubai.

Located in the emirate’s emerging residential community Jumeirah Village Circle, The Waves residential property offers the essential requirements of communities while ensuring the highest standards of living.

The Waves comprises two modern buildings, offering a total of 135 units ranging in areas from 485 to 2,000 sq ft,  including studios, one- and two-bedroom units besides one-bedroom loft apartments featuring key amenities such as a grand lobby, swimming pool, gymnasium and covered parking spaces, it stated.

Announcing the timely delivery, Saleh Abdullah Lootah, tthe executive director, said: "We are pleased to announce the handover of our latest residential property in Jumeirah Village circle, The Waves, which provides a beautiful, self-contained environment for residents."
