UAE-based Vincitore Real Estate Development has announced the completion of its flagship 175-unit free-hold residential development, Vincitore Palacio, located at the heart of New Dubai.
Conveniently located within the Al Barsha south master-planned Arjan district, Vincitore Palacio is a collection of residences set amidst an exquisite landscape of nature’s luscious elements and resort-style amenities.
The freehold development comprises a total of 175 units of spacious studios and elegant one- and two- bedroom apartments with private sundecks and round-the-clock security and concierge services.

Ringing in the momentous success with spectacular fireworks and an entertainment itinerary comprising mermaid shows, live shows and music, the event was presided by Vijay Doshi, the founder and managing director of Vincitore Real Estate Development Group and Kavita Doshi, said the developer in a statement.
The scale of the event has been a trailblazing first for Dubai’s real estate industry with more than 700 attendees at the beginning of the show gracing the evening, to experience firsthand, Vincitore Realty’s commitment to its vision of creating signature destinations, it stated.
