The Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (Adipec) Awards are now open for entries, celebrating achievement in the oil and gas sector and striving to reward the leading companies and individuals.
Recognising excellence in energy, the Adipec Awards provide an international platform for the industry's finest to be recognised for their contributions.
With the guidance of an esteemed jury, comprising leading experts from across the industry, the Adipec Awards follow a thorough and transparent process in which all relevant entries undergo a rigid evaluation, said a notification.
The dedication and diligence of the jury members has enabled the Adipec Awards to develop year on year, with evolving categories, new opportunities for industry acknowledgment and a wider geographic reach, it said.
The 2017 Awards offer five areas of recognition for energy excellence - Technology Innovation and Research of the Year; Best Digital Transformation Project; Driving Performance & Efficiency to Enhance Cost Optimization; Social Contribution and In-Country Value; and finally Young Adipec Engineer.
The awards will be presented during the Adipec, to be held in Abu Dhabi from November 13 to 16.
