Andrea Colla Appointed as New EAM-Food & Beverage of The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain

With old-world Italian charm and a fiery passion for luxury fine dining, the resort proudly welcomes to its Executive team, Mr. Andrea Colla as EAM-Food & Beverage. Originally from Asolo, Italy, Colla will oversee all facets of the food and beverage operations, including the resort’s award-winning restaurants, in-room dining, and banquets catering division.  

Bringing over two decades of luxury hospitality experience to the resort, Colla has worked for some of the greatest names in hospitality,  including: The Ritz and The Savoy in London; The St. Regis, Rome; and most recently for the Four Season Hotels and Resorts in both Europe and Riyadh.

Colla holds a Hospitality Management Certificate from Cornell University and Food and Beverage and Catering Management Certificate from the Institute Alberghiero Giuseppe Maffioli, Castelfranco Veneto. As a complement to his honorable career in luxury hospitality, many of his restaurants have also received top accolades from Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards to regional best dining awards in Dining Out and more.
